Joining me in today’s episode is Michael Evans. Michael is an AI Strategist, and Principal at Evans AI, providing AI strategy, policy and governance advice to industry and government. His career is predicated on the notion that AI is going to be one of the most transformational technologies and factors of the 21st Century, and will require organisations, governments and multilateral institutions to re-evaluate their purpose, strategy and operations.

Holding a passion for helping his clients understand, navigate and leverage AI, Michael was a key author of the Australian National Artificial Intelligence Roadmap, contributed to the development of Australia's national approach to governing autonomous vehicles, and represented Australia at the World Bank/IMF Annual Meetings in Washington, DC, where he completed a policy fellowship examining the implications of AI and Automation for Australia.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Economics and Finance, Master in Applied Finance and Master of Management from the Queensland University of Technology.
